HOLIDAY LOOK 1 – PLAID

I love the Holiday Season 🙂

But it can also be a hectic time with lots of dinner parties to attend, brunches with the fam, travelling out of town to visit friends & relatives… and everything else that adds to the Holiday craziness!

My Holiday Look Series is back this year once again with new outfit ideas to help & inspire you to create your own twist on your festive attires.

In this first post of the series, I have created 3 different looks with plaid pieces. Wether you like your print to be loud or more subtle, you can definitely find something that appeals to you and incorporate it in your Holiday look.

You ready? Let’s jump right into my Look 1 – Plaid.

LOOK 1 – MAXI DRESS

I love a great flowy maxi dress for the Holidays because it’s very comfortable and roomy so you can have that second serving of turkey without feeling guilty! 😉

This dress has everything: long sleeves, button-down style and a tie-belt at the waist.

There are many different styles of maxi dresses right now so you definitely don’t have to buy one with a loud print such as plaid. A solid colour like red or black is also very appropriate and timeless so choose what makes you feel good and comfortable.

LOOK 2 – BUTTON-DOWN SHIRT

This look is awesome if you are heading out to a cottage with your family, a ski trip or just a casual Christmas Eve at home by the fireplace. I love how cozy and chill this look is for the Holiday Season.

Pair your favourite plaid shirt with denim and booties and voilà, you have the perfect low key Holiday outfit.

LOOK 3 – PLAID LEGGINGS

Plaid leggings are amazing and so versatile for the Holidays!

They are great for so many different types of events such as an office lunch party with your colleagues or even to host on Christmas Eve!

They look best paired with a blazer and fun shoes or just a simple black sweater and booties.
