HOLIDAY LOOK SERIES – A TOUCH OF RED

Red is definitely the colour of the Holidays. It’s bright, happy and festive.

But, it’s not for everyone obviously.

I personally really like it but sometimes, just a touch of it is more than enough to put you in a festive mood!

So, for the second post of my Holiday Look Series, I will show you how you can add some red to your Holiday outfit this year without going for a total head-to-toe look. I’ve created 3 different looks on how I styled this bright shade.

As always, I’m linking all the pieces down below so you can easily shop all of these looks. All you have to do is click the link, add to cart and voilà!

Ready? Let’s jump into my Holiday Look #2 🙂

PEPLUM BLOUSE (NOT AVAILABLE) ( LOVE THIS ONE, ANOTHER GREAT OPTION ) | PLAID LEGGINGS ( LOVE THIS PRINT TOO ) | TULLE SKIRT (NOT AVAILABLE) ( LOVE IT IN BLACK, ANOTHER GREAT STYLE, ON SALE OPTION ) | FAUX LEATHER PUFF SLEEVE TOP (NOT AVAILABLE) ( SIMILAR STYLE ) | RIB KNIT SWEATER | FAUX LEATHER PANTS | HAIRBAND | MULES ( FRIENDLY OPTION ) | POINTY FLATS (NOT AVAILABLE) ( FRIENDLY OPTION, LOVE THESE TOO )

1. PLAID LEGGINGS

Red plaid leggings are a very easy option to wear during the holidays as they are so festive and comfortable. You can style them in many different ways and they always look good! Wether you want to wear them more dressed up with heels or laid back with a knit sweater, everything works!

**Style tip: wear red plaid leggings with a solid neutral top to make them the main focus of your outfit this Holiday Season.

2. TULLE SKIRT

The tulle skirt made it’s appearance last spring and is still very popular going into the winter. I personally love it (I feel like twirling around in it all day!) but I know it’s not for everyone as it’s a pretty trendy piece. If you are into this style, find one with polka dots to make you feel extra festive during the holiday season and pair it with a solid top to make it stand out.

**Style tip: add a little bit of edge to your girly outfit by styling your tulle skirt with a faux leather top and red shoes.

3. KNIT SWEATER

A cozy knit sweater is always a good idea during the festive season! You can pair your sweater with almost anything: jeans, pants, skirts, dresses… the possibilities are endless! Choose a fun & bright colour like a shade of red to celebrate in style while keeping you cozy and warm.

**Style tip: style your red sweater with faux leather pants to take your outfit up a notch.

This sums up my second post of my Holiday Look Series and I hope you’ve enjoyed it! Stay tune for Look #3 coming to you shortly.

Have a great week everyone and see you in my next one! XO
