Happy September Friends!
For me, the month of September is a month of transition. Summer vacation is over, kids are going back to school, we are all going back to work… speaking of which, I will be going back to work after some time off on sick leave so I am pretty excited about that!
(even though I will be working from home like everyone else)
It’s also the transition from summer to fall… the days are still warm but the mornings and evenings are getting a bit chilly.
But technically, it’s still summer… until September 21 anyway and I’m the type of girl who will wear her hot weather attire until I actually can’t! 😉
And, this long weekend will be gorgeous so I am planning on taking full advantage of the beautiful weather we will be having! There’s nothing like layering your favourite summer piece and slowly transition your wardrobe into fall.
So, cheers to the last summer long weekend! Not sure if I’m happy or sad… I always have nostalgia at the end of the sunny season… like it was a big party and now it’s back to reality.
