It’s finally March… spring is fast approaching and I couldn’t be more happy about it!
And with a new season just around the corner, this also means that getting dressed will be a bit tricky as the weather will keep changing and temperatures will be all over the place.
My advice:
Slowly start transitioning your pieces into spring by keeping your heavier pieces nearby like a pastel knit (because it’s still cold out!) but styling them with lighter garments to ease your way into spring.
In this post, I will be sharing with you 3 ways of wearing a mini satin skirt for this time of year and how to style it.
Let’s get into it!

SATIN SKIRT – (IDENTICAL, ANOTHER GREAT OPTION, LOVE THIS ONE) | KNIT SWEATER – (SIMILAR STYLE, BUDGET FRIENDLY) | ANKLE BOOTS – (SIMILAR STYLE, BUDGET FRIENDLY) | LEATHER JACKET (IDENTICAL, LOVE THIS ONE TOO) | GRAPHIC TEE (MATERNITY OPTION, ANOTHER FUN OPTION, BUDGET FRIENDLY) | COMBAT BOOTS (ON SALE, GRUNGE VIBE) | SWEATER (CROCHET STYLE, SWEATSHIRT VIBE, CROPPED STYLE) | KNEE-HIGH BOOTS (ON SALE, LOVE THESE) | HEADBAND (SIMILAR STYLE, CUTE ONES, ANOTHER FUN OPTION)
LOOK 1 – PASTEL KNIT
For the first look, I’ve styled my satin mini with a knit sweater and snake print ankle boots. This is a great look when it’s still a bit chilly outside and not warm yet. You still get that spring vibe without being underdressed. You can definitely wear some sheer tights as well if you don’t want to be cold.
Tip: the idea here is to pair your satin mini with an oversized sweater to keep you warm!
LOOK 2 – LEATHER JACKET
For the second look, I’ve styled my satin mini with a slogan tee, leather jacket and combat boots to add a bit of an edge to this look. This is a perfect outfit to wear if you are grabbing lunch with your girls! It’s comfortable for daytime but adds a little bit of a rocker chic vibe to this otherwise very feminine skirt.
Tip: the idea here is to add edgy pieces to your look to make your satin mini more versatile.
LOOK 3 – SWEATSHIRT
For the last look, I’ve styled my satin mini with a sweatshirt and flat knee-high boots. This look is super casual and effortless… perfect for the weekend! The higher boots will give you that warmth you need for this time of year while the sweatshirt keeps you comfortable and cool.
Tip: the idea here is to be casual and comfy.
There you have it friends! 3 ways to style a satin mini into spring!
I really hope you enjoyed this post and I’ll see you in my next one! XO
