Happy Monday friends!

I hope you all had a lovely weekend and a great start to the month of April! I was fairly busy this past week & weekend as I celebrated my birthday… multiple times! HA!

And if you are an Aries like me, you know that your birthday lasts at least a week! 😉

Let’s jump into what I’ve been up to for the last couple of days!

Last weekend, we went out to celebrate my birthday with friends and had a delicious meal & some cocktails at Joey Restaurant which is a fave spot of mine. I had this amazing & delicious asian chicken salad which I highly recommend you try if you have a Joey in your area! There was a great ambiance, the DJ was playing his set and I was literally dancing in my chair the whole time to old school tunes! I also just noticed that the ‘watermelon drink’ is back just in time for patio season so I’ll be sure to check it out and give you feedback sometime soon…

The month of April also means it’s Aries Season and if you follow astrology a little bit, you must know that we are a fire sign. I’ve always been very colourful and I looooove the colour red, which is supposed to be a great colour for Aries gals! So, for the occasion, I wore my favourite fiery red blouse and rocked a red lip! For my birthday, I wore this Spring outfit to match my mood and the sun shining outside! It was a beautiful day & the weather was warmer so I wanted to wear something bright & fun for the occasion! I love pairing different colours together… especially pink and blue. Again, I posted this pic earlier on the gram last week so if you have missed it, I am linking all the details above!

Annnnnd, I finally switched my jacket and wore a lighter leopard print scarf which made me so happy! I’ve had this jacket for a couple years now and I’m always excited to take this baby out since I love leather sleeves and anything army green! I think it’s the perfect neutral casual jacket.

Last but certainly not least, I wore this fun yellow blouse for a girls night on Saturday to celebrate April birthdays within the group! We had such a blast and it was so good to see all the girls which I haven’t seen in while. This blouse was perfect for the evening & it’s now under $20 which is a total steal!
