Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and us girls, we know that sometimes it can be stressful to plan an outfit for that special day!
Weather you’re grabbing a nice dinner with bae at a fancy restaurant or you are more of a Galentine type of girl and will be celebrating with your girlfriends with a fun night on the town, I am here to help out!
So for the occasion, I have put together 8 looks to inspire you on what to wear for V-Day no matter what your plans are!
Are you ready? Let’s start 🙂

DRESS 1
Chiffon Floral Dress
This cute little number is perfect to wear if you are going out to a fancy restaurant with bae on Valentine’s Day. The sheer sleeves, the stud integrated belt and the heart shaped neckline makes this dress very sophisticated and chic! The floral print adds fun & colour to the dark background of the dress. I added sock booties and a leopard clutch to complete the look.
DRESS 2
Polka Dot Frilly Dress
This dress stole my heart when I saw it in-store. How cute is it!? A little bit flirty, a little bit put together, I love the style of this dress! The long sleeves are also great to keep you warm… especially if you are living in a cold city! I have to admit that I am more of a flower girl when it comes to prints but… these pink dots got to me 😉 I added sock booties and a leopard clutch to complete the look.
DRESS 3
Pleated Floral Dress
Ok. This dress is the dress to wear if you want to go bust a move on the dance floor with the girls & celebrate Galentine! It swings & twirls and is oh-so-pretty! I love the bow-tie detail aaaannnnd, drumroll… there is shorts underneath! I love these types of dresses because they are so short to begin with, it makes you worry less if something is showing, if you know what I mean! 😉 Again, I finished off the look by pairing my fave sock booties and leopard clutch.
DRESS 4
Heart Print Dress
This dress is so beautiful in-person, it’s ridiculous. Puffy shoulders & long sleeves with a snap button at the wrist, short hem, gorgeous heart print… what more can you ask for in a dress!? You can totally wear this dress for V-Day but I feel like you can pull if off anytime & anywhere because it is so versatile! Work appropriate approved with black tights & booties too! For this look, I’ve paired it with my usual black sock booties & my fave leopard clutch.
** Note that you can wear many types of shoes or boots with these cute & simple dresses as well as different bags! **

OUTFIT 1
Floral Blouse
This gorgeous blouse is everything. The velvet bow-tie adds so much style to this already bright floral print… That’s what sold-me to it in the first place! This outfit would be perfect for watching a movie & ordering take-out. The distressed denim makes the outfit more casual and comfortable for a night in.
OUTFIT 2
Plaid Frilly Blouse
This blouse is so pretty and fun it adds instant style to an outfit! I have paired it with black denim and snake booties to add even more interest to the look. This outfit would be great to wear if you are celebrating Galentine and having dinner with the girls! Not too dressed up but just enough, it is the perfect look to hang out with the ladies.
OUTFIT 3
Chenille Sweater
Not going out and staying in? I’ve got your covered with this red chenille sweater and denim combo which is the perfect outfit for you! It’s super casual and comfy & is great for the cold winter weather we are having! I have added some furry slides to finish off the look.
OUTFIT 4
Pleated Tunic
Not much of a dress girl or wearing all red on V-Day? This beautiful burgundy pleated tunic is perfect you! I have paired mine with flat tan boots to make it more casual and add interest to the look. You could definitely wear this with leggings or black tights and a heeled booties too… So many possibilities!
