Who loves Boxing Week shopping? Meeeee!
It doesn’t matter if I am tired, exhausted or hungover, I’ve always loved to go check out the sales on Boxing Day or during Boxing Week. It’s like a ritual for me… every year.
I always try to go early because by the afternoon, it’s packed almost everywhere and you have to be brave enough to go through the crowded mall. Some say why bother when you can buy everything online which is true… but there’s also special sales in-stores that are not available online (and vise-versa) so I do a little bit of both 🙂
I have to admit that the sales were not as good as the Black Friday deals but, I still scored some pretty awesome things this week.

DYNAMITE – TURTLENECK WITH SIDE SLITS ($49.95 now $40)
This sweater is amazing! It’s warm, has a beautiful colour (kind of like a reddish brown) and it’s super soft. I was on the hunt for a warmer type of sweater with a loose turtle neck and this sweater caught my eye. For the price, I couldn’t resist!
SONIX IPHONE CASE ($45 now $19.97)
Since I have been on my road trip in the west of the US this summer, I have been obsessed with cactus. So when I saw this cute Sonix iPhone case with cactus print on it, I had to have it! And for $20, you can’t really go wrong!
VICTORIA SPORT 7/8 PRINTED TIGHT ($80 with a 60% off)
I have been a fan of VS for a long time but I always find their prices to be way too high. So, I always buy their items only on sale. They are having a semi-annual sale right now (up to 60% off!) and picked up these floral leggings for under $20! Now that’s what I called a good deal!
SEPHORA TOO FACED – THEN & NOW EYESHADOW PALETTE
($59-$69 now $34.50)
Ok, this palette was on sale for a short period of time only and I am not sure if the sale is still on or it went up to it’s original price ($59 USD or $69 CND). I was lucky enough to snag one at a very low price and sometimes, these are one time deal so you have to jump on the occasion right away as they get sold-out pretty quickly!
Steve Madden SOCK BOOTIE ($100-$120 with a 20% off)
Sock booties were everywhere this Fall and it was definitely on my wish list. I wanted to wait for the Boxing Week Sales to snag my own pair and I am glad I did! You can totally wear these booties with everything – skirts, dresses and denim… and I am also planning on rocking them in the Spring!
