I am so excited to start sharing my first look of the Holiday Season Series I am creating for you all!
As promised, for the month of December, I will be sharing lots of outfit ideas because hey, a girl’s gotta have more than one option for all the parties, dinners & work gatherings to attend!
Let’s begin this series with Look 1 – Red & Green
I have created these 3 looks with pieces that you can definitely wear for the Holidays but are more soft and less in your face. What I like about these looks is that you can wear the pieces separately (or together) and incorporate them in your day-to-day wardrobe after the Holidays are over. So, if you are on a budget or don’t feel like spending lots of money for that sparkly attire, these options are great for you!
LOOK 1 – Plaid Dress (left)
This dress is the cutest plaid dress you will ever own! It’s super comfortable and flowy, I have paired mine with low heeled boots for that casual cabin look. This look is perfect if you are heading out to the cottage for the Holidays or if you are chilling at home. While the fabric is super soft and cozy, you can still pair this baby with tights or leggings for extra warmth. Pass the hot chocolate please!
LOOK 2 – Ruffle Blouse (centre)
This plumettis ruffle blouse is where it’s at! It’s super flowy and frilly… I fell in love with the ruffles and, oh the beautiful green colour! This blouse is super versatile and can be worn with almost anything you have in your closet… especially if you have an unprompted dinner invitation! I have paired mine with black coated denim and snake print booties. A skirt or even regular denim would also be super cute! Endless possibilities!
LOOK 3 – Plaid Leggings (right)
This is probably my favourite look of all three. Those leggings are amazing! They are super stretchy and I feel super festive in them! I opted to style them with studded mules but you can definitely pair them with heeled booties or shoes. The peplum top adds fun to the outfit but a blazer or blouse would also be super nice to wear for a work party.
